You can request your appointment online or by phone: +1 809 686-5045. Our International Patients Concierge will contact you no later than the next business day. Our hours of operation are: Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Our International Patients Department is available to assist you in making reservations for your preferred hotel, car rental, restaurants and shows.
Hotels located near the Espaillat Cabral Institute offer our patients corporate rates when reserving through our Concierge.
If you wish, we can arrange private transportation for the airport/hotel/airport transfer. The cost of this service will depend on the airport and time of arrival.
The Dominican Republic has eight (8) international airports. The closest to the city of Santo Domingo are:
Las Americas International Airport (SDQ) located 30 minutes from the city.
La Romana International Airport (LRM) located in the eastern region, 90 minutes from the city.
Tourist information
The Dominican Republic is located in the eastern part of the island of Santo Domingo, also called Hispaniola. It occupies two thirds of the island, which it shares with the Republic of Haiti. It is the second largest country in the Caribbean region, with an area of 48,442 square kilometers and a population of about ten million. Located between Cuba and Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic is bathed by the Atlantic Ocean on the north and by the Caribbean Sea on the south.
The capital city of Santo Domingo is the cultural, financial, political and commercial center of the Dominican Republic. It is the first European city in the New World, whose Colonial Zone was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1990 due to its many architectural and historical Firsts.
